Lifetime prepaid for existing customers

"Now existing prepaid Customers can convert their regular prepaid account into a lifetime validity account, the details have been given below..."

On recharging with ERC53, subscribers will get the Lifetime Validity and the new Lifetime tariff mentioned above.
