Pros and Cons

Pros:
1. Awesome network Coverage
2. Good Cost - Efficient Schemes
3. Hell a lots of Value Added Services
4. Simple website (www.aircel.com) design
5. Customer Base Expansion Efforts
6. Great plans for both Prepaid as well as Postpaid Subscriberz

Cons:
1. Customer Care!! This is the only annoying problem in this network
2. Support for Voice-only network, i.e. No cheap GPRS, technology advancement is very slow
3. Huge deposits for Postpaid accounts

About Aircel

The Aircel Group is a joint venture between Maxis Communications Berhad of Malaysia and Apollo Hospital Enterprise Ltd of India, with Maxis Communications holding a majority stake of 74%.
